Service Refunds: If you are not satisfied with a service provided by Xharvoc Information Technology Private Limited, you may request a refund within 7 days of the service delivery date. Once we receive your request, we will investigate the matter and issue a refund if appropriate.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel an order or service at any time before the delivery date. However, if the service has already been delivered, we cannot issue a refund.

Exceptions: The following are exceptions to our refund and returns policy:

  • Services that have been damaged due to customer negligence
  • Taxes, Third Party Plugin, Software, Theme, Extension & Domain

In addition, we reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if we believe that the product has been misused or abused.
