  3. Payment:- Xharvoc fees for Services are outlined in the respective project agreement or contract between Xharvoc and the client. Payment terms are also outlined in the agreement or contract. Xharvoc reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services if payment is not received according to the agreed upon terms.
  4. Confidentiality:- Xharvoc respects the confidentiality of our clients’ information. Any information provided to Xharvoc will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s written consent.
  5. Intellectual Property:- Any intellectual property rights arising from Xharvoc Services will be the property of the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between Xharvoc and the client.
  6. Disclaimer of Warranties:- Xharvoc provides Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, whether express or implied, with respect to the Services provided, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  7. Limitation of Liability:- In no event shall Xharvoc be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services provided, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
  8. Indemnification:- You agree to indemnify and hold Xharvoc harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of our Services or any breach of these Terms.
  9. Termination:- Xharvoc may terminate these Terms or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice or liability to you.
  10. Governing Law:- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Xharvoc IT is headquartered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
  11. Entire Agreement:- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Xharvoc IT with respect to your use of our Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Xharvoc IT.
